Together, Klaus, Elijah, Marcel, and Hayley overcome the werewolves in the city and take back the moonlight rings Genevieve made for them, returning Klaus' power during the full moon. She goes to Klaus and Elijah to tell them that Marcel will work with them to rid the city of werewolves if only they will ask. Marcel and Cami have been carrying on as friends with benefits while Marcel deals with his exile from the city in a manner different from that of Klaus and Elijah.
